FRUIT CRUMBLE 
4 cups sliced and peeled fruit:

Pears
Apples
Peaches

Or any combination of above.

1 tbsp. cinnamon mixed in 1/4 c. sugar
2 c. oatmeal flakes
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
Lemon juice

Wash, pare, peel and slice fruit into 8 x 8 inch square pan. Lightly butter and flour pan before adding fruit. Sprinkle fruit with 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice to prevent browning.

Sprinkle cinnamon/sugar over fruit. Mix oats, flour, butter and sugar together with 1 teaspoon baking powder. Mixture will be crumbly. Can use pastry fork to mix. Sprinkle crumble on top fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
