PRESSURE COOKER BAKED BEANS 
1 lb. navy beans
1/3 lb. bacon, cut in pieces
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. catsup
3 tbsp. molasses
1/2 c. chopped onions
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard
2 c. water

Wash beans. Soak overnight in water to cover. Rinse and drain. Sauté bacon in 4 quart pressure cooker. Add remaining ingredients. Close cover securely.

Cook beans at 15 pounds pressure for 50 minutes. Let pressure drop of own accord.

Makes about 6 servings.

This came out real good. However being of european background, grandma likes old school. Try pinto beans, let soak overnite. Add beans and 2 cups water for every cup beans, add minced garlic to taste, no need for salt. Bring to pressure for 30 mins. Take off from heat. release pressure, with valve, submerge a smoked hamhock, place back on heat with lid on. Cook for another 30 to 45 minutes, med-hi. Beans come out smokey and slightly mushy. It's to die for. When cold it can be spread on bread too.
