2 qt. (8 c.) apple juice 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar 6 whole cloves 3 cinnamon sticks, broken into 1" pieces In large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer covered, for 20 minutes. Strain to remove spices. Serve warm with a cinnamon stick. 16 (1/2 cup) servings. |
