Parmesan cheese Salt & pepper to taste Sprinkle ingredients over steak, roll and secure with string or toothpicks. In pan to be used for spaghetti sauce, brown braciole in a little oil. Remove until sauce is almost done and then put braciole in sauce to finish cooking. Slice and serve with pasta and meatballs. |
