1/4 c. green pepper, chopped 1/4 c. onion, chopped 1/4 c. tomato, chopped 1/4 c. mushrooms, sliced 1 c. tofu, cubed 1/2 tsp. basil 1/4 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. olive oil 6 oz. spaghetti, cooked Saute vegetables with tofu with basil, oregano, and salt in olive oil for 5 minutes. Add spaghetti and toss gently. Makes 2 servings. |
