BIG BATCH BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box raisin bran cereal
3 c. sugar
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. oil

Mix dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, beat eggs. Add buttermilk and oil. Mix well. Add egg mixture to cereal mixture. Store in refrigerator in covered container. Will keep 6 weeks. Use to bake as desired. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 15 to 18 minutes in 400 degree oven.
