3 ripe bananas 3/4 c. sugar Pinch of salt 1 egg, beaten 1/4 c. butter, melted 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tbsp. water 2 c. flour Mash bananas with fork; blend in sugar, salt and egg. Stir butter into mixture. Dissolve soda in water; add with flour. Mix well. Bake in 9 x 5 inch loaf pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 1 loaf. |
