CHICKEN BREASTS AND POTATO
CASSEROLE
 
4 to 6 med. potatoes, sliced
2 lg. onions, sliced
Paprika to taste
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
3 chicken breasts, halved
Salt and pepper to taste

Place the potatoes in a greased large casserole and add onions. Sprinkle with paprika and add the soups. Season the chicken with salt, pepper and paprika and place on soup. Dot with butter.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes or until tender.
