1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie rust

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and stir. Add sweet potatoes and mix well. Stir in milk, vanilla, salt, and spices and mix thoroughly. Pour into pie shell and bake 40 minutes.
