3 c. milk
1/2 c. ground chocolate
1/8 tsp. cinnamon

In sauce pan combine all ingredients. Heat whipping until very foamy and then pour into preheated mugs. Serve with stick of cinnamon if desired. Makes 4 servings.

MONTEZUMA'S HOT CHOCOLATE FOR 25:
1 lb. (3 1/2 c.) ground chocolate
1 gal. milk

Heat milk. Add ground chocolate and stir to blend. Makes 25 (3/4 cup) servings.
