TACO EGGS 
Leftover taco meat
Eggs
Shredded Cheddar or Colby cheese
Pita pockets

Use leftover taco meat or, if unavailable, brown 1 pound ground beef and follow the directions on a package of taco seasoning mix. Use 1 heaping tablespoon of taco meat per egg. Put taco meat in a skillet and heat. Add eggs and scramble. Warm pita pockets in the oven or toaster. Put taco eggs in pita pockets and top with shredded cheese.
