SEVEN LAYER MEXICAN DIP
This recipe I made for the first time on Christmas Eve. It was a smash!!

1 sm. can refried beans
1 can Fritos bean dip
1 container Dean's guacamole dip
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning
shredded Jack and cheddar cheese
1 can sliced black olives
3 sm. chopped tomatoes
2 bunches chopped green onion

Mix refried beans and Fritos bean dip; spread in bottom of small rectangular baking dish. Next, spread guacamole dip. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning; spread. Sprinkle cheese or cheeses to cover the third layer. Sprinkle olives, tomatoes, and green onion in that order. DONE!

Fantastic for any sporting event party. I use lite mayo and spicy Rotel tomatoes instead of fresh, but it still tastes great. Every event I have served this I get nothing but the dish back.

Great Recipe!!!

I also add a pound of browned hamburger and half of package of taco seasoning to sour cream.

Also you can use salsa or fresh Pico de Gayo in place of the tomatoes.

Soooo yummy! I've used this recipe a few times and it is always eaten up quick and complimented. Though I go easy on the mayo.

I start with the bean dip alone, then the guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, (skip the mayonnaise) then I take Frito-Lay queso sauce (jars are usually near the chips) and poured over the dip then pressed finely shredded cheddar cheese into the queso dip. This acts as a layer unto itself and adds a nice flavor to the dip. Repeat topping it with the queso and shredded cheese and pickled jalepenos for garnish and snips of fresh cilantro... easy and yummy.

Instead of mixing refried beans and dean dip, I mix the refried beans with taco seasoning; add lemon juice to the guacamole dip; use a finely diced onion instead of green onions.

I have never made this but a lady at work made this exact recipe and it was AMAZING! I will be making it for work and am looking forward eating it again. Only thing different she put chopped green chilies(canned) in the dip and it was so good. I am also not a fan of guacamole but this is so amazing.

Friend brought this dip to a party and wouldn't share the recipe, found this online and now I can make it myself. Always a HIT!

This is a great recipe. I made this, and a modified version (4 layer dip) excluding the layers I don't like. I did all but the guac, onions and tomatoes. Both dips were well received, but surprisingly, my 4 layer version was the favorite. This is the first thing that I have taken to parties that people have liked. For every event, people ask If I am bringing my 4-layer dip!

Is a great recipe. Every one loved it. I did substitute chopped onion and cilantro instead of green onion. The cilantro gave it a great flavor and is really easy to find pre chopped at the store.

Love this dip, BUT I would use real guacamole instead of Dean's. it's only guacamole "flavored" dip. It's basically ranch dip. It kind of ruined it for me because I love guacamole. So spend a little extra and buy the real deal. Still just as easy!
