1/2 c. butter
18 1/2 oz. yellow or devils food cake mix (kind without pudding in mix)
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butterscotch chips
3 c. Cheerios cereal
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In oven, melt butter in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch pan. Rotate until butter covers bottom. Sprinkle dry cake mix over butter; sprinkle the marshmallows, chocolate and butterscotch chips and cereal. Pour milk evenly over top. Bake about 22 minutes or until golden brown. While warm, run knife around edge to loosen. Cool; cut into bars. Makes about 35 bars.
