CHICKEN DIVON
 

Broccoli spears
Chicken cutlets
2 cans mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. white wine
Parmesan cheese

Place broccoli spears on flat pan: Season chicken cutlets with salt and pepper and place on broccoli spears. Add 1 can of mushrooms to chicken cutlets. Mix one can of mushrooms, one can of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of white wine. Add a pinch of salt, pepper, garlic salt, onion salt. spread mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
