PEANUT BUTTER CUPCAKES
 

1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/4 c. butter
2 eggs
3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
2/3 c. milk chocolate morsels

Combine first 9 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; beat at low speed of an electric mixer just until blended. Beat at high speed 2 minutes. Spoon batter into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full. Sprinkle chocolate morsels over each cupcake. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pans, and let cool completely on wire racks. Yield: 16 cupcakes.
