BEST WALLEYE OR PERCH 
Any white fish
Dill weed
Garlic salt
White pepper
Sweet basil
Lemon juice
Parmesan cheese
Italian style bread crumbs
Melted butter

Place fish skin side down in glass baking dish. Sprinkle generously with all above ingredients to taste. Bake in 425 to 450 degree oven for 10-20 minutes until bubbly and flaky; can be broiled.

The above recipe is excellent. It also covered the fishiness of the perch. I always forget which fish is really fishy so when I make a mistake and buy a fishy fish, it is either discard or find a recipe like this. This recipe worked nicely. Thanks.

Because of the delicate, sweet flavor of Perch and Walleye I thought the recipe was a bit overpowering. I did love it, however, on a fresh piece of whitefish!
