CHINESE POT PIE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 can cream corn 6-8 med. potatoes, peeled Brown and drain the meat. Boil potatoes until soft. Mash potatoes with milk and butter to give a good flavor and for easy spreading. Put drained meat in 2 quart oven pan. Cover meat with cream corn and then mashed potatoes on corn. Put in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. |
