CHOCOLATE MINT BARS 
1/2 c. cocoa
2/3 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
6 tbsp. soft butter
1 to 2 tbsp. cream or milk
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
Green food coloring

Mix sugar, butter, eggs, cocoa and vanilla. Blend well. Add dry ingredients; mix well. Bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. Frost with peppermint frosting that was tinted green. Refrigerate.

GLAZE:

1 c. chocolate chips
1/4 c. butter

Melt chocolate chips and butter. Spread over cold frosted bars.
