1 c. sugar 1/4 c. Pet milk 2 tbsp. water 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 tbsp. butter 2 c. pecans Mix sugar, milk and water in saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture reaches soft ball stage. Remove from fire; add butter and vanilla. Stir in nuts. Keep stirring until glaze forms. Pour out on wax paper, separating nuts. |
