DUTCH BABIES 
1/4 c. butter
3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. flour

3-4 qt.
1/3 c. butter
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour

4 to 4 1/2 qt.
1/2 c. butter
5 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
1 1/4 c. flour

Melt butter in hot oven, meanwhile mix batter. Pour batter from blender container into hot butter and set pan back in the oven about 7 minutes begins to puff then climb up sides of pan.

In 20 minutes it's puffy and brown, ready to serve. Bring Dutch Babies to table as soon as it comes out of the oven.

Cut and serve in wedges. Can be topped with powdered sugar, honey, syrup, or fruit.
