1 1/2 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 lg. cloves garlic, finely minced
1/2 tsp. crumbled dried (rosemary optional)
Freshly ground pepper
6 sm. chicken thighs, skinned (or mixed parts)
3 c. Bran Flakes cereal
6 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Lemon slices & fresh ground rosemary sprigs to garnish

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl combine mustard, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary and pepper. Coat chicken in mustard mixture. In sealable bag or a bowl, combine Bran Flakes and Parmesan cheese. Seal bag and crush Bran Flakes.

Place chicken pieces in bag a few at a time and shake to coat with crumb mixture. In baking dish coated with nonstick spray arrange chicken in single layer. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes. Remove foil, bake about 20 minutes longer and serve.
