1 cup Kikkoman Pearl Soy Milk
1 tbsp. non-fat dry milk (optional)
1 1/2 cups Welch's 100% Grape Juice
1 tbsp. honey (optional, to taste)
1 cup ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Adjust sweetness to desired taste with honey.
Variation: Almond Breeze or vanilla yogurt may be substituted for the Soy Milk.
This may be frozen to make popsicles. Add a tablespoon or so of sugar and freeze it first in ice cube trays; process in blender after partially frozen, then pour into popsicle molds and re-freeze.
