CRANBERRY JELLO SALAD 
2 small boxes strawberry jello
1 cup sugar
1 (16 oz) bag cranberries, ground, chopped
1 bag walnuts, ground, chopped
1 can crushed pineapple
1 small can mandarin oranges
3 cups hot (boiled) water

Mix Jello and sugar in a 9 x 13 dish. Add boiled water and the juice of the crushed pineapple, stirring until Jello and sugar mixture is dissolved. Allow to cool.

Add ground/chopped cranberries and walnuts, crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges, mixing well.

Chill overnight.
