5 slices bacon
1 med. head of lettuce
2 green onions, thinly sliced (include tops)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Dash of lemon pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Fry bacon, crumble and reserve 1/4 cup drippings for dressing. Tear lettuce and combine with onions in a large salad bowl. Heat reserved bacon drippings and pour over salad.

In a 2 cup glass measure mix sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic powder and mustard. Microwave on High until mixture boils, about 4 minutes. Stir to dissolve sugar and immediately pour over salad greens, mixing well until evenly coated with dressing. Garnish with bacon and eggs.
