2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk

Beat eggs, add milk, dry ingredients to the egg mixture, this will make a stiff dough. Shape into small dumplings and roll in flour drop into boiling salt water and cook about 12 to 15 minutes. Turn dumplings over while boiling. When done, remove from water. If center appears raw, place dumpling back in boiling water for a few minutes. Good with rolled pork roast, boiled in water, seasoned with garlic salt and Bavarian Sauerkraut/caraway seeds.
