BROILED CRAB CAKES 
12 oz. can lump crab meat
1/3 c. minced onion
1/4 c. minced green pepper
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/8 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Empty can of crab meat into bowl. Remove any shell. Add onion, green pepper, parsley, Old Bay seasoning and baking powder. Mix well. Add mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, egg and bread crumbs.

Form into 3 inch patties and place them in a greased broiling pan or non-stick broiling pan. Broil 3-5 minutes on each side until brown. Makes 4 servings.
