Power level: Medium. Approximate microwave time: 6 to 8 minutes. Temperature: 130 degrees.

2 (5 oz. each) jars sharp Old English cheese spread, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. beer
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
5 to 6 drops hot pepper sauce (optional)
4 strips bacon, microwaved, crisp and crumbled

In 1 1/2 quart casserole, stir together cheeses, beer, Worcestershire sauce and pepper sauce. Insert temperature probe so tip is in center of dip. Attach cable end at receptacle. MICROWAVE AT MEDIUM. SET TEMPERATURE 130 degrees.

When oven signals, stir in crumbled bacon. Serve with pretzels, crackers or other crisp dippers. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.

On models not equipped with probe use minimum microwave time and check for doneness.
