8 oz. boneless beef sirloin or top round steak
1/4 c. thinly sliced green onion
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cooking oil
3/4 c. carrots, cut in match sticks size strips
1 c. sliced broccoli flowerets
1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 beef bouillon cube
1 c. water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. oriental noodles or 1 oz. cellophane noodles

Partially freeze meat. Slice paper thin across grain. Combine green onion, soy sauce, sugar. Stir into meat - let stand 30 minutes. Heat oil in large skillet. Add carrot, broccoli, mushrooms; stir-fry until tender. Remove vegetables to bowl. Add more oil if necessary. Add beef; stir-fry until tender.

Dissolve beef bouillon cube in water, add cornstarch; add to beef. Cook until thickened. Add vegetables, cook 2 minutes. Cook noodles, drain and set aside while cooking above. Serves 4.
