2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. butter, melted (for brushing squares)
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tbsp. chopped green onion
Dash of pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
Italian seasoned bread crumbs (to sprinkle on squares)

Mix ingredients together for filling. Pinch 2 crescent rolls together to seal, making rectangle. Put 1/2 cup chicken mixture in center. Pinch alternate corners and edges together for dumpling effect. Brush with butter; sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Makes 4 squares.
