COCONUT SOUR CREAM ICING 
3 layers yellow cake or 2 layers cut in two
8 oz. sour cream
2 c. sugar
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. frozen coconut
9 oz. carton Cool Whip

Mix sugar and sour cream. Add Cool Whip, mixing well. Spread on layers and sprinkle on coconut. You may add some of the coconut to the filling.
