PINK STUFF SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) carton LOW FAT, sm. curd cottage cheese
1 (16 oz.) container lite Cool Whip
1 pkg. (lg.) strawberry Jello mix (sugar free)
1 (#3) can crushed pineapple, drain juices
1 sm. can oranges, drain juices

Take large mixing bowl, mix cottage cheese and Cool Whip together, then add Jello. Mix, stir in well, then add remaining ingredients. Stir well, let set about 10 minutes in refrigerator.
