BOTTOMLESS APPLE PIE 
5-7 med. apples, peeled & sliced
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
6 tbsp. soft butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. flour
4-6 tbsp. milk

Butter deep pie dish or plate (9 or 10 inches). Peel and slice apples to fill dish. Mix together 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle on apples; set aside.

Mix together 1/2 cup sugar, 1 egg, 6 tablespoons soft butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/4 cup flour and 4-6 tablespoons milk. Put in just enough milk to make it "pourable". Spread mixture over apples. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve plain or with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
