HAMBURGER CUPS 
1 lb. hamburg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. tomato sauce (8 oz.) or pizza sauce
1 lg. Hungry Jack butter toasting biscuits (10)
1 sm. pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 can mushrooms

Brown hamburg; drain grease before adding ingredients. Add salt, onion salt, garlic salt, pepper, oregano and tomato sauce. Simmer about 10 minuets or so. Grease muffin pan. Put grease on your hands, take 1 biscuit and make it flat and fit into the muffin pan. Then fill the mixture in muffins. Top with Mozzarella cheese. You can use pizza sauce in place of tomato sauce. You can also add 1 small can mushrooms, you need to cut them. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese brown.
