1 yellow cake mix
1 stick softened butter
4 oz. coconut, flaked or grated
2 (16 oz.) cans apple pie filling
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Cut butter into cake mix. Mix in coconut. Pat into 9x13x2 pan to make a crust. Bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven. Add apple filling (spread evenly).
Mix cinnamon and sugar; sprinkle half over apples. Mix sour cream and raw egg together. Pour over cinnamon and sugar mixture in pan. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon and sugar on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
