1 1/2 c. instant brown rice
3/4 lb. flank steak, cut into thin strips
1 med. onion, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. lime juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Prepare rice as directed on package, omitting butter and salt. Meanwhile, cook and stir meat, vegetables, and garlic powder in hot oil in large skillet until browned. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Serve over hot rice. 4 servings.
