CRUST:

1 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. soft butter
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Pinch of salt

Bake. Cool crust, then add filling.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. cream, whipped
2 c. berries

Beat cream; blend in cream cheese and sugar; add berries. Put into crust.
