1 spaghetti squash
Any topping of your choice

To prepare: Cut squash in half lengthwise and clean out seeds.

BOILED METHOD: Place squash cut side down in a pot with 2 inches of water, cover and boil 20 minutes.

MICROWAVE METHOD: Place squash cut side up in a dish with 1/4 cup water. Cover with clear wrap and cook 7-8 minutes.

OVEN METHOD: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sprinkle squash with salt if desired. Place cut side down in a baking dish and bake 40-50 minutes or until squash is easily pierced with fork.

When cooked, turn and scrap out flesh. It should come out in spaghetti like ribbons. Top with spaghetti sauce, cheese sauce, or grated apple, 1/4 teaspoon each nutmeg and cinnamon and teaspoon honey. Use your imagination.
