2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 green peppers, chopped
2 pkgs. shredded colby jack cheese
1 lg. container of cottage cheese
2 jars of spaghetti sauce
1 big can refried beans
1 onion, chopped
2 cans mushrooms
2 cans stewed tomatoes

Cook hambuger, onion, and green peppers toghet until done. Drain add taco seasoning, mushrooms and tomatoes. Mix this with the refried beans and cottage cheese. Grease 11x15 inch pan. Put flour tortillas shells in the bottom then a layer of the meat mixture, shredded cheese and keep doing this until all ingredients are used up.

Cook at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

Garnish with favorite toppings: lettuce, salsa, ripe olives, sour cream
