FROSTED DROP COOKIES 
3/4 c. butter
1 egg yolk
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg white, beaten (put in last)

Mix butter, egg yolk, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla; blend in flour and baking powder. Add beaten egg white.

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls 2" apart on slightly greased pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.

Frost with chocolate frosting. Melt over hot water 1 tablespoon butter, 1 squares unsweetened chocolate. Stir in 1 1/2 tablespoons warm water. Beat in approximately 1 cup sifted powdered sugar. Spread on cookies. Keep frosting soft for spreading by putting it in a pan of hot water.
