STUFFED PASTA SHELLS 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Salt, pepper, garlic salt
15 oz. Ricotta cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 beaten eggs
1 jar Ragu (any spaghetti sauce)
1 (12 oz.) box jumbo shells

Brown hamburger and onion. Add Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Drain well. In a bowl mix hamburger, cheeses and eggs. cook shells until almost done about 13 minutes. Drain and cover with cold water. Drain off cold water when shells are cool. Stuff with hamburger and cheese mixture. Pour spaghetti sauce over the top of stuffed shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or until bubbly.
