|INDIVIDUAL PEACH CRISP|
1 1/2 c. (2 med.) peeled, sliced peaches
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. rolled oats
3 tbsp. chopped walnuts, optional
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter
Microwave: Spoon peaches evenly into 3 ungreased 6 ounce microwave safe custard cups or microwave dessert dishes. In small bowl combine all remaining ingredients; blend with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over peaches. Microwave on high for 2 1/2-4 1/2 minutes or until peaches are tender, rearranging cups once during cooking. Serve warm.
Conventional: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare as directed above using 3 ungreased 10 ounce custard cups. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until fruit is tender and topping is golden brown. Serves 3.
