6 pork chops, trimmed of fat
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. (24 oz.) hash brown potatoes
1 can (24 oz.) French fried onions
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown pork chops and set aside. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 of the cheese and 1/2 of the onions. Spoon into a 9x13 pan.

Arrange pork chops over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, covered. Remove from oven and spread the remaining cheese and onions over the top. Return to oven, bake about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Yield: 6 servings.
