FRIED BANANAS
2-6 Bananas
Aunt Jemima Buttermilk Complete Pancake & Waffle mix
frying oil
sprinkle of ground cinnamon
sprinkle of sugar

This is simple as making pancakes.

First, slice up the bananas into quarter pieces. Following package directions, combine pancake mix with water or milk, whichever you prefer.

Dip bananas in batter and fry in oil until golden brown.

Lastly, while still hot, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over cooked bananas.

Wonderful recipe! My husband and boys loved these fried bananas. I mixed a little cinnamon in the batter, then sprinkled them with cinnamon sugar as soon as they came out of the hot grease and served with vanilla ice cream. Umm-Umm good!

This was so easy to make and so delicious! I tweaked it a little bit. I skipped the cinnamon and added sugar in the batter. For a special occasion, I top with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and chocolate suace and sprinkles. Thank you for the wonderful recipe!

A Chinese restaurant has them on the menu and they are drizzled with honey and nuts. By far the best. Skip the ice cream, go for the honey.
