1 pkg. onion soup
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. whole cranberry sauce (1 lb. can)
1 c. mandarin oranges (11 oz. can with juice)
1 pt. Kraft Catalina dressing (1 lb. size, can use reduced calorie dressing)
5 lb. chicken thighs (take skin off)

Mix above 5 ingredients. Pour over skinless chicken thighs. Cover with foil. Put in two 9 x 13 inch pans. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven; take foil off and cook another 1/2 hour after basting with sauce in pan.
