ROTINI PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. rotini, cooked and drained
1 bunch broccoli, cut into bite size flowers
5 carrot sticks
2 chopped green peppers
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 purple onion, cut into rings
1 can sliced, pitted black olives
1 lb. Cheddar or Colby cheese, cubed
1 packet Good Seasons dry Italian dressing
12 oz. Viva Italian dressing
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper

Boil broccoli and carrots together for 2-4 minutes. Drain and run under cold water. Cook rotini according to directions. Add rotini and next 7 ingredients together in large pan or bowl. Add Good Seasons (dry). Do not mix according to directions on packet. Add Viva Italian dressing, salt and pepper. Mix well. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
