BANADA 
1 pkg. bread dough
2 sm. pkgs. of ground beef
1 pkg. sweet Italian sausage
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. of frozen chopped broccoli
1 lg. Jack cheese "Monterey"
Garlic and onion powder to taste
1 jar of Prego sauce, grated cheese

Take sausage out of casing, in frying pan brown sausage and beef with garlic and onion powder, drain. Add broccoli and sauce; heat. Flatten in pan, dough that has been defrosted, fill with mixture. Sprinkle grated cheese and top with sliced Jack cheese. Fold over, brush with egg yolk over top and sprinkle poppy seeds. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. I make two and freeze one, great for emergency.
