2 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. ground turkey breast
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1-2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
4 ribs celery, finely chopped
2 lg. onions, finely chopped
1 med. green pepper, finely chopped
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
4 oz. Pace picante sauce (1/2 c.), mild or medium according to taste
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Swanson or College Inn beef broth
2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans, undrained
1 (12 oz.) can light beer

In a large, heavy pot, heat the oil. Season turkey with the garlic salt, Mrs. Dash, clove, and chili powder. Brown meat in oil with chopped vegetables, breaking meat apart as it cooks. There will be no fat. Add remaining ingredients. Stir. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 2 hours, stirring occasionally. About 4-6 servings.

Turkey Shop brand has ground breast meat. Do not use regular ground turkey because it contains fat and skin.
