|MICROWAVE CALIFORNIA CHEESEBURGER PIE|
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
1 c. Cheddar or American cheese, shredded
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 1/2 c. shredded lettuce
12 to 16 dill pickle slices
Crumble ground beef in microwave pie plate. Add onion; cover with waxed paper and cook 3 minute on HIGH. Stir, cover and cook again until done (3 - 4 minutes more). Drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread evenly in pie plate.
Beat milk, eggs, Bisquick until smooth in blender on HIGH. Pour in pie plate. Place pie plate on inverted dinner plate and microwave uncovered on MED-HIGH, rotating plate every 6 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean (12 to 18 minutes).
Top with sliced tomatoes and shredded cheese. Microwave until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes. Top with lettuce and pickles.
