1 sm. box Waverly wafers
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. chopped nuts
2 cubes butter (1 c.)
1 (17 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Grease large cookie sheet. Line with Waverly wafers in rows. Heat and boil for 3 minutes the butter and brown sugar. Pour this over wafers, spread quickly to cover. Sprinkle chocolate chips over, spread to cover while mix is still warm to melt chips. Sprinkle nuts over all. Cool. Cut wafers on the lines to keep each wafer as the base.
