2 eggs
2 slices of whole wheat bread (toasting optional)
1 tsp mayonnaise
1 slice of fresh tomato
1 piece Romaine lettuce
Salt and pepper, to taste

Get a microwave safe container to cook your eggs in. They now have specialized containers to make omelets and eggs in the microwave, using one of those makes this meal very easy to make when you are on the go.

Place 1 to 2 eggs into the container and put into the microwave on medium power for 1 minute. If eggs are not cooked through continue to cook in 15 second increments until done.

Spread mayonnaise over toasted/untoasted bread, placing the romaine lettuce, tomato, and egg onto the toast. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Be creative! You can scramble the eggs and add salsa before cooking if you want a little more flavor. Being a dorm rat doesn't have to mean living on ramen and cereal.
